Aromatherapy Massage – Aromatherapy blended oils are used to either calm and ease your mind and relax your body or soothe and warm aching muscles and stiff joints.
Hot Stone Therapy – aids you to experience a deeper massage as stones warm deep into the muscles.
Relaxing Massage – gentle, slow, rhythmic massage which aids digestion, blood circulation and helps slow down the heart rate, as well as inducing feelings of well-being.
Swedish Massage – Relaxing and invigorating
Indian Head Massage – great for the release of tension headaches, migraines, neck and shoulder pain.
Lymphatic Drainage - is a slow, gentle, rhythmic, deeply relaxing massage which stimulates the movement of lymph through the lymph vessels. Detoxifying, cleansing and provides a therapeutic boost to the immune system. A great treatment for anyone feeling below par.

10-6 pm Monday to Friday; 9-4 Saturday
Parking:
Inkerman Street or The Mall Shopping Centre, Luton.
Further Information:
Booking is subject to availability, and prior reservation is required, preferably a day in advance.
There are no shower facilities available, so I ask that you shower prior to your visit.
Please Do Not eat a heavy meal at least 2 hours prior to your visit.
